The Chesapeake Bay Chapter of the Hudson-Essex-Terraplane Club serves all of Maryland, Northern Virginia, the District of Columbia and Delaware.  It was established in 1978.

The H-E-T Club, established in 1959, is dedicated to preserving the great vehicles built by the Hudson Motor Car Company (and later American Motors Corporation) from 1909 through 1957. It has over 3,500 members and over 40 local chapters in the U.S. and Canada, as well as several affiliated Hudson clubs around the world.
